USDGC Doubles Last Chance Qualifier

us-dubs-scaledStill wanting to get into the revamped USDGC Doubles? Well, you’ve got one more opportunity at the USDGC Doubles Last Chance Qualifier on Sept. 29th at the Winthrop Gold Course.

You can bet it will be an exciting scene similar to the USDGC’s annual Monday Qualifier, which sees plenty of great disc golf and drama.

Here's the Lowdown

The Last Chance Qualifier is a flex start event. Tee off will be first come, first served between 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The top five amateur and the top five pro teams will earn invites to the USDGC Doubles main event (Sept 30 – Oct. 2). Unlike the USDGC Monday Qualifier, teams can only play one round. And, restarts will not be permitted. Cost is $30 per team.

Winthrop's Hole 12 awaits the Last Chance Qualifier
Winthrop's Hole 12 awaits the Last Chance Qualifier competitors.

Many teams (both amateur and pro) have already earned invites from qualifiers held earlier in the season across much of the country. Just like those events, players that qualify at the Last Chance Qualifier may remain as a team or partner up with someone else.

Keep in mind that players with a rating of 970 or above and have accepted cash in a PDGA event will be required to play in the pro division.
